     A general overhead oblique view of the Unit which contained the large marine turtle carapace find.  The oblong, ragged openings on both sides of the footing wall are karstic erosions and are not artificial (i.e., manmade). The scale board is painted in b&w 1-ft.-long rectangles (near end), and half-foot rectangles at far end.   Note isolated shells weathering from the midden face in background.
