     The first two basins to the west in the NW Circle quadrant, figuring from the N point of the Circle (indicted by the red-and-white-tipped sapling sections visible extreme left upper view) are shown as they appeared respectively in the field (top), and in the model (bottom).  The basins in the field shown here would be of the order of 2 ft. in length perhaps; the model basins 2 in.or less.  Every effort was made to maintain accurate configurations:  minor discrepancies in comparative views are often result of different angles of illumination, and slightly different aspects of elevation and sighting when objects were photographed.  This is true in other comparison shots displayed here, too.
